Their in-house shipping department was very efficient to ship out immediately after payment, which made entire process a good experience. I will definitely participate again.

The auction and post auction was seamless. Auction lot's photo and description were true. Converse offered in-house shipping and the shipping cost was part of the description; no need to contact outside shippers for quotes prior to auction. Auction ended on a Thursday and invoice sent later that same day. Had question for Converse after the auction regarding the item's shipment date. Lisa IMMEDIATELY replied. On Friday the shipping label was prepared and item sent on it's way that day. Received item in perfect condition on Monday. Great auction experience! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Converse auctions, as aa dealer I find fair pricing, accurate representation, quick responses to emails, and very reasonable in-house shipping costs, working with Converse is good for my bottom line.

Bidding and payment process was smooth and they were prompt in responding to my questions. The only setback was that I received my item in bad condition (it was broken) but this is due to the fault of the 3rd party shipping company. Overall, I will most likely continue to bid with Converse Auctions.
