Great items and quality’s

For me I wanted the F. G. doll. I did not care about the others. When said doll was received she had/has a major hairline right smack dab on her forehead. This was in no way disclosed. They did however disclose a very small miscue problem with the ear. That mattered not but the hairline was of major importance. I do not buy dolls with hairlines and would not have if the hairline was disclosed. Now I will be out a sum of money as I will not keep her and she cannot sell for what I paid. So disappointed. I have found that quite a few doll sellers and auction houses do not disclose items that should be disclosed. Is it because they know buyers will not pay that much for a doll that has major issues? Yes I am afraid that is exactly what they think and rightly so. Other than that issue I had no problems with this company. But I will remember and not bid with this company again. Sadly it is not the only auction house that does this.

Very pleased with my rug and most importantly they were so helpful and shipped the item to me. This is why I will buy again from them because they understand why people buy online because they expect shipping which most auctioneers Don't get. So I give them an A + for everything! Thank you

I had a bad experience with the packing of my won items. I won several expensive fragile items that were packed broken before they were sent to me. Based on the way the items were packed, they had to have been broken before they were packed in their boxes. Langston did not have pictures of the items they had packed before providing to shipper. The Description did not mention a damaged item (lost eye in a crystal) otherwise I would never have purchased it. I recommend requesting additional pictures of your before and (after packed and before provided to shipper) items.

Bobby and his staff are first rate. Items are as advertised. Very honest and friendly. Have bought from them several times. Highly recommended!

I was lucky enough to be able to personally inspect two of these items prior to the sale so I knew exactly what I was buying. At a previous online auction I bid on an item sight unseen. But the item was exactly like the picture and the description. I was very pleased with it when I picked it up. I’ve also been able to attend some of the regular weekly auctions at Langston’s. It’s a very fun experience and I’ve been able to get great bargains.

Langston Auctions is my go to place when I am looking for the right piece. They have beautiful items-well described-a great experience. Always helpful and knowledgeable about what they are selling. Try it you’ll be back again!
