My problems are with live auctions-I send in bids which are not received. I have won auctions-the window on my screen said I won, but when I went to pick up my items, I was told someone else had won the items. The last sale I bid on several items and bids did not go through. These are not one-time happenings..

Yes as a dealer in Antiques, Clocks are a specialty item therefore i do realize it, s my responsibility to ask questions regarding condition. I didn, t do that with a phone call!! Huge mistake!!!!!! The grandfather clock i purchased needs a complete refinishing. Any one with half a brain could see this. Pictures of the clock didn, t come close to giving me a heads up. I don, t by them when they need this kind of work. It, s my job to restore the inside i, m fine with that! Also the wts, and the pendelum were replaced, not original. {, m an adult and have been doing this for a while! Specifically tall clocks. I, m also in ct. $400 away The refinishing is expensive!! replacing parts easy!!! Honesty is free
