Easy to deal with. Straight forward which is a good thing in this field.

The auction I won was for 2 Judith Leiber purses (one Lot)... they were stuffed into a narrow flat box (no wrapping at all around the purses) which smashed them together and wrinkled the leather... if the box had been punctured or damaged in any way, the bags would also have been cut or damaged. This was an inexpensive lot, but will never buy from Hudson again if this is the kind of vendors they deal with. Also, a rather long time from verification of purchase (my check received by Hudson) and receipt of bags. I took pictures of the bags inside the box for verification-was going to ask for a packaging refund but got too busy with Christmas. Very dissatisfied that Hudson would use such a shipping service. I have bought from Heritage and others and their wrapping & shipping is supurb. Will send you the photos I referenced, if you are truly interested in customer opinions.

Auction house was very good. The shipper, The UPS Store, did not include full insurance coverage as I requested. When I got my invoice and saw the error I immediately called and asked to add the full value coverage. They said they could not per UPS policy. So I sweated it out for the week delivery time, hoping the package was ok. In the end it arrived safely but if it had not, the loss would have been mine.

It is very kind and fast for customers and the price is affordable.
