Echoes Auction house was excellent to work with and I received the items quickly and in great order. But what struck me, and I buy a lot of glassware, was the quality of the items I won. Really, the photos and descriptions weren’t nearly as beautiful as the items once delivered. I’m very pleased.

The lot of crystal figures described as "As Found" were all broken. They are worthless. This was a deceptive description.

There was an issue with being able to ship certain items that I had purchased but the owner was willing to immediately refund the items or wait until appropriate shipping could be arranged.
