The table I bought was badly splintered but its photos showed no splintering. The pottery I bought was broken. Photos showed no breaks. I will not buy from this company again.

Shippers (3 Little Men) recomended by auction house (Echoes) were slow to say the least. Was told we had to wait longer because of, "vactions, closures, etc." in an email from them. They were dismissive of their duties. When the package did finally arrive it was not properly packed. Will not be doing business with either entity again. If I were in charge of Echoes I would do anything and everything to seperate myself from 3 Little Men.

Bidding from different states requires the auction to cooperate and facilitate the buyer. This particulate auction gives you two days to pick up and won't raise a finger to help

A very rare museum quality earthenware pottery piece that I purchased was very inadequately packed and arrived in pieces. Still awaiting resolution.

Great auction house.

I hate to be held hostage by an auction houses shipping Co that they recommend! Just because we bid on the internet does not give them the right to rip us off!!! I am tired of this!

In other auction houses I have seen a big lag between the time shipment was paid for and when the shipment was picked up and shipped. this went very fast. Me likes that. By the way, the guy at UPS Store was very helpful and shipped within 5 days of payment of your invoice. That's good.

The photos were excellent of the doll I purchased, but I would have liked a better view of the actual body of the doll. There can be many hidden defects. I do understand though that they did not want to undress the doll, unlike photos on eBay, where the doll is undressed to view the status of the kid body. The service though of buying and then sending my item was very good.

Really great packing job!

I wrote to two shippers, expecting quotes. One of them took the initiative to pick up and pack my item, and send me a quote, which surprised me. This is not the fault of the auction house, but it was a surprise.

The auction house is decoupled from its shipping of items won at a distance to its location. While deferring the job to the local shipping houses it would be helpful if this auction house was more proactive on behalf of winning clients in the process. Payment for internet bids also seems a bit dicey. I received a "warning" that the payment was not yet received before receipt of an invoice. I flash pay everything I buy on Live Auctioneers & did not appreciate the dead beat notice.

I contacted the auction house requesting a full condition report. They either overlooked condition issues or they chose not to inform me of them. Had I received an accurate statement of condition I would NOT have bid on the lot.
