She came perfectly wrapped and is a beautiful piece

It was advertised as an oil painting. Thought I was buying an Original Oil Painting, but turned out to be a hand embellished serigraph on canvas. The number 134/250 on back of the painting is how serigraphs would be listed when a limited number of copies are produced.

Everything went smoothly.. Contacted two of the listed shipping companies for a estmate on what the price would cost to ship out eight of the small Meissen figurines I bid and won through Echoes.. Contacted the auction house giving them a heads up once I decided on going with the UPS company which did a quick return in communication and quote, shipped out quickly and a fabulous job in bubblewrapping the figurines I won.. The other company I requested a shipping quote was over $100 higher than UPS which was an outrageous charge on their part.... Each item I won was in perfect condition-I noticed that they only described an issue on items that had damage which I can understand that it can be redundant in repeating the same condition report on each listing... Will certainly return and not hesitate to bid with Echoes Antiques & Auction House with confidence in receiving what I bid for described in exact detail..

UPS shipper selected was not careful in packing my items and had some broken and one missing but was reimbursed by UPS but still disappointed one item was missing and one was destroyed by breakage.
