I have purchased from this auction house a few times over the past 3 years and have never had anything but good experiences. Nice items, honest/appropriate assesment and reports of condition etc, they work well with transporters... my only regret at times has been allowing myself to be outbid on certain items:)

Aside from a catalogue with mediocre photos, this auctioneer turned away the shipper I authorized without notifying me. This is after I paid timely. The ridiculous excuse was that they had an auction that day. When someone has paid for an item, the priority must be to turn over the piece to the owner or agent. I was left waiting for my property when it was never going to arrive because the house had moved on while retaining my property. Not a good auction house.
