Shipping is pretty pricey

The items were well packed but packing and shipping was ridiculously expensive!!! $$$i have no idea why. On e. bay people can pack very well send and still be alot cheaper about the price of shipping. Gonna stick with e. bay

Soulis Auction House changed the price of an item during the live auction from $70 to $525 which resulted in me mistakenly winning an item at a cost I did not expect. They would not remove the item from my invoice until I complained to liveauctioneers who came back and told me about the price change at the beginning of the auction. They agreed to remove the item from the auction houses EOA even though the price change that the auction house made during the live auction is a frowned upon practice. The owner Dirk was not friendly or helpful. Ultimately his constituent took care of this issue for me. In the end they shipped the item properly, but shipped it in 2 boxes before even asking me if I wanted the item shipped that way. It was a more expensive option, but it was the correct option. I would have just liked to be asked before they went ahead and shipped 2 boxes instead of one. I will not be bidding on anymore items coming out of the Soulis Auction House because of my terrible experience.

Finally, and auction house that realizes I don’t wanna call around and get three quotes for shipping. They do their own shipping and that is awesome. For this reason alone I will mark them as a auction house I want to look at online
