I received the plaque that was broken. I am awaiting a claim on the item at this time.

The quick response, the reasonable premium and more importantly the in-house shipping which also was fair.

Contacting them was very easy but still waiting to have delivery made

Paid invoice immediately. Have not received item 3 weeks later. I can't answer # 1 since i haven't received yet.

I was actively bidding and somehow the auction ended with my screen indicating I was high bidder. I was high bidder at $725 and the item closed at $750. Again, my screen said I was high bidder at $725. Had I known I was outbid, I would have bid higher, probably in the $1200 to $1500 range. I waited to almost a month for this auction. I am very disappointed! The Auction called me the next day and were very polite, no problems with them, just the system.

The auction house listed and sold items as authentic. When they were received they were in fact fake and it has been like pulling teeth to get them to stand by their guarantee that is in their terms and conditions. As of 7/12/18 I have still yet to get any response besides from the initial response.

Soulis is my favorite auction house. No other auction delivers service after the sale like they do. Always pleasant phone calls or emails, very prompt responses to questions or concerns. I really enjoy the live camera too.

I felt that some lots closed without warning, and some close unusually fast.

The condition report had some inaccuracies but nothing too disappointing. Overall, very happy with the Experience and would not hesitate to bid with them again.

Then why bother. * I think they should be told they do a great job when that is the case and it certainly was for me. They were great in every way.

The Soulis auction is wonderful. They are very well organized and quick to send out the items you win at auction. I also love the ability to pay with PayPal.

Great all around

I was bidding live online at the time of the auction. Soulis took a floor bid on an item instead of my online bid that was initially accepted then changed to the floor bidder. My bid was even higher than the floor bid. This is frustrating when auction firms advertise online then give a lot to the floor bidder over the online active bidder. Respectfully, Jack
