Have cone several transactions, always been pleased.

My shipping was delayed because for some reason Paypal didn't notify them ???) of my shipping payment. I sent two messages confirming my payment and asking about shipment-with no messages returned. I finally had to call long distance, they confirmed my payment came through a week before and apologized-but no answer as to why they never responded to messages. Was told they would email me the tracking that afternoon and never received it-so, had to message them again to ask for it. They were polite and friendly, though-and I love the piece I purchased. Communication could be improved.

Wish all the Auction houses were like these guys. Unfortunately it is not the case. About 1/2 of them you to almost have to beat them over the head to get sharp images, images of damage and honest condition reports. Jim

Overall great experience

Auction house here is, does not come middle. Contact Still the goods have not received. If you do not persistently contact from here, we do not have any contact. Will it is normal? Therefore, there is no Shoga of evaluation. If it is granted, it is the worst for me. If possible, I do not want to deal again.

I've purchased from many auction houses in the past but, the experience I had with Dirk Soulis auction was one of the best and most pleasurable auctions I've ever participated in, top 5 easy. I requested pictures and my requests were quickly resolved by a gentleman by the name of Todd. I also won two lots and the shipping costs were more than reasonable and the items were very well packed and shipped out in a very timely manner. I will be bidding with Soulis again, Thank you!!! Auction house purchase are always great. Shipping, by outside shippers are hard to determine as some take advantage of shipping some are very reasonable. Auction houses have no blame though.

Good Experience

I have purchased items from Dirk Soulis in the past and am always had great customer service. The invoice comes very quickly and the option to pay via a Paypal link makes the process very easy. Their shipping department is by far the best. They always pack my items very well and their shipping charges are reasonable and NOT excessive, like many UPS stores. I rate Dirk Soulis auction house with a five star rating. They are superb in all aspects of their customer service when dealing with someone like me, who lives in Hawaii. I will definitely purchase more items from them with no hesitation and will recommend them to my friends.
