I purchased an item and was promptly billed. 2 weeks later the item hasn’t shipped. No communication. No heads up that it takes time to pack and ship. No explanation on process. Apparently items get dropped off at the local UPS store which packs and sends items whenever they get to it. A very unsatisfactory experience.

Answered all my questions and answered promptly. A pleasure to work with.

One of the lot was discredited as “original painting” When I received the item it was a print and not original (On the board was a sentence “print in the us”? Tried to contact the auction house with no response Very disappointed

Shipping cost $28.00 for a silver birdman Effigy that weighs 2 grams is to much.

Photos were nicer than the actual items, but they are what they are. Third party shipping was expensive and slow, $20 & 2 weeks fora small envelope with 3 small rings. The other auction houses I've dealt with through this website were better. Thus the neutral review...

Very difficult to communicate with them, multiple emails and calls not returned. It took nearly two weeks for them to ship item.

The owner of the company JoEllen Markovich has been deceptive, dishonest and unethical over the course of our correspondence. For weeks I got no response from the shipping company, finally I received an apology and an offer to get a refund due to the long delay. Ms. Markovich continues to refuse to acknowledge the problem, and I deeply regret trusting your service. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB and other consumer organizations.

Great auction house to buy from. Shipping charges were a bit pricey. But overall, I'd bid/buy from them again.

Used a shipper that charged $60 when the chaps would have fit in a medium flat rate mailer for $17... A bit excessive

Items were packed very well

item was exactly as described in catalog, payment and paperwork went smoothly, they made arrangements to get items to recommended shipper, shipper was very nice, packing for delicate item was correct and it arrived as scheduled

The contact person never answered the phone for payment and the shipper has not contacted me yet. They only use one shipper so I dont know if the quote is good or not. Lady (El?) from the auction house was very rude when asked why the shipment has not been made. I will never do business with these people again. Jack

I paid for an item a couple weeks ago and have not heard anything from them regarding shipping. Wondering what is going on??

After my purchase the auction house contacted me and received immediate payment by credit card. I asked about shipping and was advised that I would be hearing from shipper immediately. I have heard nothing from shipper in the past ten days. Share with auction house please. Randy **********

$40 pictures and $120 to ship-I couldn't even get them rolled up because they were glued onto the cardboard back-come on

The auction house was very slow in getting the item to the UPS store. They were also very slow in sending it out to me. Not well packaged.

After receiving my invoice, as directed by the invoice I called to arrange payment. I specifically asked if there was an additional fee for paying with a credit card. I was told there was no additional charge for using a credit card and within a few minutes after providing my cc details I received a "Paid in Full" invoice from the auction house. About one hour later however I received a second invoice from them which included a roughly 3 % additional charge for using the credit card-and that was the amount actually charged to my card.

ups store they referred us to was outrageously expensive. I have worked for ups for 35 years and buy at auction all the time and this store was bad. More shipping options if possible in the future.

Sniping was a big issue, the delay and the auction house pointing fingers at the shipper
