Shipping is neutral at the moment as I have not received my item yet. But the Pak Mail store they recommended has always done a superb job of packaging, unfortunately it's the shippers that have done a disservice to the online auction experience.

Sarasota is a good auction house. Their UPS shipper over-charges and then waits several days to ship the items.

The won item was supposed to include an apprasl, it never came. I contacted the auction to mail it out separately, but never called me back. Horrible experience!

I forgot to pay the shipper! Horrible! Thank goodness the shipper called me to remind me of this. I really appreciate it!

Awaiting more Sarasota Auctions...

UPS shipping company rates were overpriced. Item was well packed for 1 large platter shipping $111.00 over one hundred never experienced such high rates. Lesson learned

My overall experience with the auction house was very good, however there was a mixup on an item that they believed I bid on when I clearly did not. They were amenable and I believe all be resolved.

Very good and professional. From the start and so was the shipping company in which Serasota uses. A very happy client!

I was charged a processing fee of approx. 3 % of the total and OVER AND ABOVE the premium. The fee was neither mentioned in the auction rules nor explained.

Very informative online information and the staff were great to work with on processing my payment and assisting with shipping information. The online bidding, on the day of the sale, was very good..... unlike some other online sites. I will be purchasing from Sarasota Estate Auction in the future.
