I have not yet received teh item. The shipping outlet you referred me to are not meeting my expectations. They are slow and do not communicate with me.

I bid on an item but never heard about the outcome of my bid nor the final result of the auction.

Paid for items immediately and lined up recommended shipper on that day. Items still not received.

Communication is an issue. They do not return calls in a timely manner, the lag time is not acceptable. Answering machine does not announce the company name and I know I had the right number. They recommend a shipper that appears to be a local truck driver. This was the first and only time I will do business with them.

They went above and beyond in assisting me. I hope I have occasion to patronize them again.

During pick-up staff made special time arrangements and took the time to tell me about their firm when I arrived.

I have not received the large architectural piece i purchased at the auction however it's in transit with my trucker who was in Florida and they themselves made a special arrangement with me and worked together to meet up with my trucker at another mutual event. During the process, dealing with them was very professional, friendly and super responsive but no overly pushy. They worked with me on shipping and payment for purposes of a mutual schedule. i will come back and put them on my list of go to auction sites to watch.

The recommended UPS store shipper is pretty substandard. I obtained a shipping quote before the Auction, and the final shipping price was double. I judged it to be exorbitant. Phone calls and emails, though answered promptly, were very dissatisfying. Very vague explanations for the increase that varied with each call. A larger box? How could that double the cost? I could not get a clear breakdown of the cost between the UPS shipping charge and packing. On the plus side, the packing was excellent, but still? It took two weeks before the item was shipped, and I never got an invoice. The whole experience with the UPS store gives me pause before bidding on your auctions again.

Accurate condition reports in the listings would have been nice. 3 of the lots had damage that was not stated in the listings.

There was no condition report on the stone box I purchased. And the images did not reflect the poor condition of the lot. I think they could have been way more upfront that the lot had a chip in the stone and an etched ring on the top of the stone. They seemed to have purposely shot the piece in really bad light and did not show the corner with the chip at all. I did not communicate with the auction house, so it is probably my fault, but I feel they misrepresented the lot. I will not purchase from them again.

First time ever disappointed with auction. Items had lack of information on the website, auctioneer did not give fair warning on an item I was going to bid on, and moved on to next.
