Very reliable.

I bought 2 Rugs on this auction long time ago and paid for it also long time ago. I have received just one and I am waiting for the second one over 2 moths, I tried to get some info about my Rug but they absolutely don't respond to my e mails at all

I have purchased from this auction house in the past so felt a certain level of comfort even thought they take FOREVER to ship (usually a month to 6 weeks). My latest purchase was wholly inaccurately described in the listing as a heat treated blue sapphire, which upon receipt and a GIA report later revealed it is synthetic-shame!! Buyer beware!

I sent you an email in English asking you to conirm that you had received my payment and asking you to inform when the object would be sent by you. I received no reply but later only a standard info that the object had been sent.

Henry's is a high integrity auction house and pleasure to deal with.

I have bought rugs in two different auctions. I am in the U. S. A. I found the staff was very helpful. It is important for Buyers from USA to direct them how you wish to pay and give them all data up front. They are quick to respond and care about their clients. In this last auction I bought two antique rugs. Very high quality beautiful pieces. This auction house is one of a handful you can trust. I will buy from them many more times in future

I hate to do this, but they leave me no choice. I would never ever do any business with this auction house, even if it’s free!!!! They lied, they are not honest and they back track on their own words. Watch yourself at all times with any transaction, I would be happy to publish my story if Liveauctioneers is open to it. God help you all if you are doing business with them.

This is my first experience dealing with Henry's Auktionhaus AG. I found it a pleasure. The pictures and descriptions online were accurate and helpful. The bidding process was straightforward. Henry's gave clear instructions about payment that made it simple. Delivery went without a hitch, and I was informed accurately and often about the process all the way from Germany to Canada. The goods arrived in perfect condition. All in all, an easy, hassle free experience.

I had a problem with the German bank on making a money transfer from the UK. Although this was a small transaction the money transfer service I used (Moneycorp) told me I had to supply a copy of the invoice and further information as the payment was being held for security reasons. The staff at Henry's were far more helpful in solving the problem than Moneycorps who showed no sense of urgency in passing on the required information. The staff at Henry's Auctionhouse kept me informed and shipped the package quickly. The standard of packaging was excellent and the goods reached me in only 2 working days. The goods were are described by the auction house and as expected. I would not hesitate to bid there again.

Profession-able with excellent inventory

Ich habe ü ber diese Plattform auf eine Uhr in einer Auktion von Henry's Auktionshsaus geboten, folgend zu einem recht niedrigen Preis den Zuschlag erhalten. Die Freude w ä hrte nur wenige Tage, bis zu einem Anruf von einer Mitarbeiterin des Henry's Auktionshaus: Man sprach von einem internen Fehler, die Uhr k ö nne zu diesem Preis nicht an mich abgegeben werden.

When paying for an item, Henry's states a credit card is accepted, though my only choice was wire transfer, which cost me an additional $75. In addition, the image of the textile looks very different from what it looks like in person. Do not rely on their images, especially for color. Ask for more of a description, before bidding or more photos close up and verify.

I have purchased over 20 carpets or rugs and all were as expected. Henry's 1 thru 5 rating system is easy and has always been accurate. Trust-able!!!!!!!!!!!

Even though I must admit that personnel was nice and helpful when I called them from the US right after the auction, but I have to say that nothing else was handled well. There was no confirmation of payment received and no confirmation of artwork shipped. Pure coincidence that I contacted Henry's 1 DAY before the item actually arrived. I received the answer that the artwork was shipped and already passed through customs the same day it arrived at my home! I had paid on May 6 and on May 17th, the artwork was actually being delivered. I would hesitate to recommend them to overseas customers, unless the customer wants to handle all communication themselves, e. g. checking if they received the payment and checking about the shipping process.

Lighting must have been intense for the photo session as the actual carpet colors are much darker than what appears in the photo. Took two weeks to find a shipping solution, and it was expensive (4 times more than the product itself).
