The auction house's shipping process was absolutely terrible. I had to go into US Customs, I had to got the trucking company, I had to field all the calls, I had to check on the progress, I had to fill out al the forms and act as the go-between for everyone. Absolutely the worst experience given the fact that I paid a premium fee to ship this piece. It would have been cheaper and more convenient if I flew to Germany and brought it home myself.

It would have been helpful to know that they may not send out an invoice for one to two weeks due to international shipping quotes. After I understood that everything else was absolutely perfect and I was extremely satisfied with the lots I purchased and their descriptions and photos.

More information, particularly condition reports would be appreciated. It would also be great to be able to pay with a credit card or Pay Pal, especially for smaller amounts. However, the customer service was great!

I have bought multiple items from several auctions from Henry's. I have bought from may auction houses and Henry's is the best. They are friendly, helpful, and above all honest in their dealings. I wish more houses gave a condition statement in the listing.

Henry's went way above and beyond my expectations actually, i'm pleased and anxious to give them a fantastic review. The item purchased was way beyond expectations, accommodated me by accepting my preferred payment option and the shipping and packing methods was some of the best I've ever seen. A little costly but, the cost is reflected by size and packaging methods, absolutely impeccable!!! Two thumbs up!!!

They were very responsive by email. The product was shipped quickly and I am very satisfied that it was described accurately. My only minor criticism was that there was surcharge for using PayPal to make payment.

The ring that I received is old and ugly, while in the pictures on the website looked nice and shiny. I had to sell it and the jeweler had to test it several times to be convinced it was an 18-carats gold item because he had no identification mark in carats.

Unfortunately this auction house managed to make my life more difficult, and not just once. First, when I asked them to cancel the purchase because of my circumstances changed, and they refused straight away, but I could understand that, fair enough. Then, they refused to accept my credit card payment and demanded wire transfer, which is always a pain. And then, they've managed to send the item to the wrong address, despite all promises to change the delivery address. Now, I haven't received the item until today. And worst of all, I'm not sure if I'll ever see it, because it's been sent to the wrong address! Awful service!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

Shipping from this auction house in Germany to Massachusetts for a rug that weighed around 50-60lbs, including customs, and took only a week was around $140. They do their own shipping but this... this is unbelievably inexpensive. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

They send me German language email which I can't understand this language... I'm still waiting to receive my pics from auction house... They send me tracing numbers but I can't sea it at Dhl web side my good.. Please help me.

Henry's is EXCELLENT at assisting with shipping-I have dealt with them many times-they ship in house-and even managed to get a very large painting shipped to me at minimal expense-VERY HAPPY with them!

Its service fee out of shipping charge is too dear.

I will be glad to be alerted when some manufacturers item (e. p Breitling or Hamilton watches) will be available in some auctions

I am very upset that the international seller gave me a hard time in using Paypal as a method of payment. When the seller finally did decide to use Paypal as a payment method they proposed that I pay their seller fees as well. This is definitely not how you do business, especially with international buyers. Paypal is my trusted form of payment when doing any online transaction. Furthermore, I have never met a seller that pushed their Paypal fees on top of other fees that were already included through Live Auctioneer on their buyers. Needless, to say that this transaction never happened. Please advise this seller that they should disclose their method of payments to bidders. As a recommendation to Live Auctioneer, like other online bid companies, Paypal should be the first method of accepted payments. It will be a peace of mind for both consumers and sellers.

Shipping from Germany is often delayed by labor strikes which is not something Henry's has control over.

Delivery failure: lot was damaged in transit.

Photos do not show entire rug therefore I could not know if the ends were reduced, bound or in original condition.

I have not received the items!!! This has been very frustrating. I have called several times. As soon as they receive there money, they treat you like **********.

It would be helpful if I could use PayPal to pay.
