Very pleasant experience. Descriptions very good, excellent photos, packing and charges for shipping items very fair

I have been banned from bidding with William Bunch, not that I would ever do business with them again. I certainly don't recommend them to other bidders. My advice is to stay away. Lots of great, helpful auctioneers with easy payment options to choose from and helpful, accommodating staff. There's no need to buy from people like this.

For items that are 'dated', I think a good business practice would lbe to add that to your description. In all honesty if I had known that the Halcyon boxes had an issue year, I would not have bid on the lot. Thank you

For what I purchased, which were several small crystal items, it was a hassle to find someone to ship them since the auction house would not. It cost me more in shipping than what I paid for the items which was a rip off. Other auction houses have offered shipping for small items at a fair price.

GREAT individuals to deal with. Shipper (Mail Service Center) that they listed for shipping were very reasonable and very fast in delivery.

Wish there were more photographs of the item. Payment process was smooth. Items are solid, but as noted, wish I had seen more of vantage points of the bits as I thought they were solid sterling and not board backed. Not the typical item I purchase. I do believe it was solid value but only time will tell that. My biggest gripe was the shipping. I bought these before I took my wife to the mountains. Arranged and paid for shipping so they would be here when I got back to work. Shipper didn't send the items until I returned which was not the instructions I provided. I had my mail held so they would be available for pickup when I picked up my mail.

Your records show I purchased 4 lots (1377, 1387, 1398, 1407). When I received the invoice, lots 1377 & 1407 were deleted and sold to the floor. When I inquired, "the clerk made an error". This happens far to often to internet bidders and must be stopped. It is FRAUD. Another trick auction houses 'use is to not accept a bidders bid and sell to the house. Selling to the house keeps the audience happy but screws the internet bidder. Please stop these practices as the platform manager.

I paid them immediately with a credit card and it is still showing as pending invoice on Live Auctioneers.
