This is hands down my favorite Auction house. The Discovery auctions have something for everyone and at every economic situation. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I look forward to doing many more years of business in the future.

Clean quality items. Shipped quickly, easy payment, A + Experience.

There was only four Beatle records, not enough to make it worth while. But there was three Elvis EPs to even it out. But lots of filler 45s that wouldn't even catch a person's eye.

The experience is fantastic but, un my opinion, items need to be described better. Many times items don't have proper measurements, or the description is not accurate, or they fail to disclose flaws. Other than that it is almost perfection.

Probably my own fault for not reading fine print about not accepting credit cards online but wasn't thrilled about having to do a wire transfer (ended up mailing bank check). Was happy with response to inquiries and willingness to work with me to resolve payment & shipping. Value of items made up for any inconvenience on my part and will be looking for more great deals from them in the future.

Prompt invoicing & shipping-much faster than other internet auction houses.

Ive been using Live Actioneers for many years and haven't had any complaints. It's been easy as bid, win and pay-make arrangement for shipping-usually provided for by the UPS Store and they give you a fair estimate. It's all GOOD! I will continue bidding with them.

Condition descriptions are not very accurate and it is easy to buy something in less satisfactory condition then described. The viewing process has become more difficult since they no longer allow Friday viewings. I called twice and left a message to pick up and pay for an item and there was no response. I drove there and people were there to let you in. Poor customer service.

Not worth the effort unless you really need the item

There wasn't much in the way of a description of the item, and over 50 % of the items in my purchased lot were opened. They still need to work on estimating shipping costs based on zip code or country.

Item purchased was as described and viewed in pictures. Staff available to respond to questions. Material kept in secure facility.

This was my first time dealing with Cordier Auction. They were a pleasure from start to finish. The items were accurately described, and shipped with the utmost care (postcards). In a very timely manner. I dealt with Katlyn several times. She was extremely helpful & friendly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
