So many hidden fees and shipping is outrageous

Shady shipping company tried to use scare tactics to get me to use way over priced "insured" shipping. Standard shipping automatically comes with insurance for more than the value of my item. They actually wanted $50 to send a half pound package across a half dozen states. The shipping was more than my item. This is the last time I buy from an auction house that doesn't arrange shipping, Freedom included.

Hi, I am satisfied with the company but feel that their shipping was a bit high. I will say that the item was packed very well.

I was bidding online and did not get some lots because I would submit my bid and even though it was acknowledged as sent the next screen said sole to a lesser competing bid. What's up with that?? I would get the item, the consignor and the auction house would get more money. I feel ripped off. In a matter of seconds an internet bid was disregarded in favor of a competitive bid from the floor, even though it was for less money. This has only happened with this auction house.

This was my first online purchase. Shipping and handling was a bit pricey. The packaging was seriously overdone. Guess they have to attempt to justify the high prices.

I feel when you are bidding via the internet time is not allotted to receive the bid from me. I made many bids that were never acknowledged. I would have bid higher or bought more if my bids were recognized.

Won auction. Paid. Auction house apparently didn't realize it had been paid. Claims to have opened a dispute. None opened that I ever received. Would have been odd since I paid via the site, via PayPal. Demanded proof of payment. When I followed up chastised me for not following up sooner and advised that because it didn't realize I had paid it had returned the item to the seller. Indicated it would refund soon.... whatever that means. WORST AUCTION HOUSE EVER!

I feel that this auction house is manipulating bids. Watch one of their auctions and pay attention to the starting price. It will start at the beginning bid and then go up by hundreds of dollars, only to come back down to the starting price. I feel it is a trick to get buyers to bid high if they jump the gun. there are to many extra charges tacked on after you purchase the item. Shipping cost was OUTRAGEOUS! Will not purchase anything any again because it is cost prohibited to use your website.

The auction house did not describe condition at all. Most of what I bought had damage unknown to me prior. Not sure if I will buy from them again.

They are selling damage merchandise under the label "As is" online, and refusing to refund it. If you going to auction damage items you can't accept online bidding. It has to be a locally auction only so people can check what you're auctioning. They sold me a humidity damage stamp collection with most of the stamps and covers damage
