I have had several problems over time with various items having issues that were not shown or described. If an area rug is dirty, it should show or be told. The glass with Jellyfish inside had chip on the bottom. And the Lily Pulitizer ballet flats smelled so strong of mold that I can't keep them in the house. While most of the items have been satisfactory, I expect all of them to be that way.

Excellent transaction with exceptional customer service. Items were exactly as described, if not even better in person, for the 15 + items won. Payment process was simple and 3rd party delivery was seamless and delivered earlier than anticipated. I have been and will be bidding again!

If you bid on a lot of auctions as I do it gets confusing when I have to contact third parties to handle the shipping. I prefer auction houses that offer in-house shipping like this one. My experience with this auction house was a good one.
