I had a great experience with Dejavue auctions. Their team was professional and efficient throughout the entire auction process. The results exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of auction services.

Overall, the process went well. I am not happy with the quality of my purchase it is showing way more wear that the pictures portrayed. If they Improve the accuracy of the pictures I would have been much happier.

The following review should be be prefaced by saying DejaVue reached out with an apology. A transcript of the Auction Item and a $30 allowance for a future auction. The entire item took 19.96 sec total. While I maintain the auctioneer did not allow sufficient time for online bidders, I applaud DejaVue’s efforts to provide a good experience. I should also note the previous two items I purchased from this auction house was a completely stellar experience. I feel it’s worth reporting. Today I waited for 1 hr and 40 min. to bid online for lot 298 Bob Carney Tennessee Walker print. Not particularly a high ticket item. But I was fond of the piece and was prepared to pay a premium if necessary just to obtain it. I bid $50 but the auctioneer closed the item at $40 with virtually no fair warning what so ever. Nor was there any hesitation on my part to place the bid. I am no stranger to online auctions. Specifically high-end antique firearms. I realize the importance of keeping the auction rolling but there is no sense in participating with online auctions if the auctioneer is only interested in getting the auction over with. Especially when there are two active bidders it would seem in your best interests to slow the gavel a few seconds.

Unfortunately, these pieces are not sterling. It is an auction so I know the sale is final. But I advise all buyers to double and triple check everything. The lesser star rating is for the inaccuracy of the description otherwise they were ok to deal with.

The last time I dealt with DeJaVu they were so slow getting the item out that I had to ask Live Auctioneers for help getting my money back after about six weeks or more had passed and I couldn't get a response from DejaVu. I did not follow their auctions for quite a while but recently risked it again. Service was definitely much better, though still slow compared to other auction houses I've used.

The pendant was not sterling silver and the rings were bent.

Wonderful people to work with on the buy side. I was delayed due to travel plans and they were most patient and worked with me to arrange pickup. I've bought from them before as well and it is always pleasant and efficient. And their storefront is always fun to browse around in. I've found some fun items there as well.
