Deja Vu has a great selection of items in its auctions. The items, without fail, are always just as described or better. The recommended shippers are always prompt and helpful, as well. I've rarely been disappointed by anything from this auction house.

I wish I had known about them sooner!

They always get a wide variety of items. What can I say, I'm addicted

I was treated Rude when I came in to pick up my items. I was on time. She sent me away. I walked around and then I went back up front. I told her my name so she started the process of pf getting my items. When I first came in my Murano Bird was sitting up in front of in front by the desk and when I came back and I told him I name I noticed the bird wasn’t there she bought my Jerry Upp and my other item which was some Crystal and then she went to the back to get the bird when she went to the back she came up front and she would not let me see the bird she was going to put it in the little cart and I wasn’t allowed to touch it she was going to do it I let her do it when I went back outside it was pouring rain so I put the bird in the box that I had prepared for it and I came home it was still pouring when I got home so I left the box in the car and I went back in the morning and I got the items out of the car and when I was checking the bird the bird was with chip on the wings and I was so upset and I don’t think right. They told me that the items are given to people as is there was no anything on the blurb on the auction that said the bird had a chip in it so that’s not right I want my money back thank you

I really enjoy this auction service but as I've said before I wish they offered in house shipping for their smaller items. Otherwise, everything is five stars!

The auction house did not make the item available for pickup even though the payment was made promptly. Instead despite numerous calls the item was sold at a later auction. The lack of return calls was frustrating and their lack of any response for the customer in my case showed both their level concern and honesty.

Dress is gorgeous and exactly as described.

Very nice auction house to work with, the only draw back to me they do no offer in house shipping.

Could not have been any better

As in part of the headline; I definitely made a mistake by not reading the shipping policy beforehand. Still think it should not cost $750-$1150 (which is what we were quoted) to ship this item (small table and small chair). Regardless, I'm definitely not paying that much to ship something that we won for $40. Lesson learned.

So discouraged will not be purchasing bags anymore through LiveAuctioneers if they can fake that it is a Christian Dior vintage where there’s no sign of it at all inside the bag I took them for their word and inside they put a small little envelope saying it was a Christian Dior means nothing very dissatisfied with live auctioneers that this is permitted …..

No need to drive all over town to estate and garage sales with these gas prices! I just look for treasures on LiveAuctionees and I sure favor DejaVu for unique items to furnishing my home and great service. No bull.

This auction had many vintage items. The photos and descriptions were accurate, payment was simple, and shipping was fast.
