They list on your platform which has international interest. I spend $160-200, 000 per year internationally and this company will not accept Card Payment over the phone or even PayPal but insist on checks or bank transfer... both difficult and both expensive for many international customers, myself included.... Then they write to you saying hurry up and pick your items up or storage fees will be incurred and after a period the items will be considered abandoned... I wrote back explaining how long winded their payment process is.... how can they honestly enforce that advice... not a single work heard since... overall, based on the above, a poor auction house experience

The auction said I won but when I inquired about my bill the auction house said I did not win.

More clarity and ease regarding pick ups after sales.

Payment not facile and it should be inasmuch as their fee for online bidding is not a bargain. Tell them to accept PayPal.

I was the first one putting the higher bid on lot # 242 but flour bidder took the bid. Tried to understand why but no response from the auction house. After no response from the auction house I contacted u guys but got the feeling i'm wasting my time to tell the truth. I'm buying over 500000 each year in auctions mostly floor bidding thought to Devlope my buyings in online auction but I don't see a great future.

the picture of base on tiffany lamp showed the tiffany logo and one of two screws that hold base-however the other hole was missing the screw and the photographer conveniently only took picture of the screw present not the one missing-when I contacted gallery they thought i was nuts to question a missing screw even though lamp cost $11, 000-screw them!! Have asked them to confirm that they received my payment and have not heard back. Not a friendly place to do business with. I will not buy from them in the future.

They did not accept any form of credit card or debit payment, and we're never around to answer the phone, had to pay by paper check, lucky I had some left over from the last decade.
