Great company to deal with.

love shopping with Jasper52.

Seller sent me the wrong rug. Allegedly they sent a UPS sticker so I can return it. Two weeks and I still dont have it. Now I’m being asked if I still want the actual rug I bought and still haven’t received. I feel angry and screwed with.

The item was as described in the ad. I appreciate their honesty.

Everything has been great, exceeded my expectations.

Pictures showed the rug to be much brighter than the actual item. The white portion of the rug is actually a light tan. Shipping from the UK was extremely fast. Picked up on Friday and delivered to California on Monday!

Usually I'm very satisfied with Jasper52. Once however, I purchased 3 books from one auction and was charged the individual shipping rate for each book even tho they came as 1 package thru the USPS book rate. I felt that I was taken advantage of in that situation. But as I said I'm usually very satisfied.

Very satisfied with auction house. Items arrived a bit later than expected but this was not the fault of Jasper52. There have been rotating strikes by Canada Post and the backlog is pretty impressive. Pat.

It took a very long time to deliver the purchased items. Most probably it is not the auction house fault but it took 3 weeks to process this delivery in the US.

Jasper, Please provide whatever additional documentation you can as to the source of my two purchases. (Location? recovered by?, recovered when? Many thanks, David

As always the customer is treated as an idiot-with the eternal there is a reserve bid that has not yet been met. Try again. Most of the time I ignore your site knowing that this is the preferred treatment of customers. I am not impressed

I love doing business with this auction house. Top rate service and stress free for me.

I purchased a rug in photo. rug sent was different rug. notified later the rug had been sold already. i sent rug back but have not received refund as of yet.

One product looked completely different in the pictures then in person. The rug looked red and turned out rust color. I was not able to sell it to my client. Everything else is great.

The shipping ended up being $75 higher than stated in the original item description and was higher than the item itself. I bid based on what they stated to be the flat rate shipping cost. Maybe I missed the small print, but I won't bid on their auctions anymore.

The overall quality of the items being offered is Trash! No effort on the part of the auction house to control quality. This is the worst auction site in operation. They continue to allow junk, reproduction and blatantly phony items to be offered.

Packing was poor on the item. Box coming apart at delivery with no cushioning of piece.

I truly appreciate truly reasonably priced in-house shipping and the fact that they post that in each listing. I also appreciate how much information is provided for each piece.
