I love Jasper52 auctions. Interesting auction topics and auctions are not too large. Often shipping is offered so that saves a lot of hassle. Also, they often offer unsold lots after auction closes. Great auction house.....

I wrote you to inform you that the print of Lajas Dorado Puerto Rico was factually incorrect. It was a readily available print (Map and Maps, $27) of a volcano in Nicaragua. I did not hear your response. Dr. W.

When multiple lots are shipped together, they can be a little expensive since every lot has a set ship price but you should be able to save a bit when shipping together.

Jasper auction was pretty good

In my opinion, some starting bids and reserve prices are a bit too high.

I have not recived non of the things that i bought. Plese help me out with the shipping process.

It took me a while to get used to how I could pay for my won items, but once I saw how to do it, it was easy. I was glad of the followup on an occasional item which I did not receive.

Over all, Jasper 52 has been a great auction house to deal with and i have full trust that they will help resolve issues that pop up from time to time with auctions-mis-descriptions, slow responses to issues of other sellers they represent and other issues. A problem of late seems to be lots that become 'unavailable' AFTER the sale has occurred (which I have had occur several times of late and is very frustrating but items never seem to 'reappear' once they seem to get mislisted or sold early or something-makes a buyer truly feel an excuse has been made by a seller that is unhappy with the sale price) Jasper 52 is good to deal with and I have gone through many sales with them.

Excellent communication with customer service representatives especially, Cherry. She has been very helpful and responsive when I have needed help. She has resolved every issue I have encountered.

Providing visa information to unknown auction houses via emailed templates is very security risky. It puts all information on an easy transferable vehicle including the security info. I will not do it and in taking this position could not pay even after offering the info in another format. After paying I ‚ Ä ô m still being treated like I didn ‚ Ä ô t pay. You guys have been useless in this case and I still can ‚ Ä ô t bid causing two auction houses to loose lots of money.

I purchased 2 little stones.. and unfortunately did not catch that shipping would be $100 each.. I spend more on shipping and if I would have realized that I would not have purchased..

Some of your vendors take a LONG time to ship!!!

I am not sure which transaction I am supposed to be ratings as I have purchased three separate works and bid on three other pieces that were unsuccessful. The successful bits have worked well but the unsuccessful ones are somewhat frustrating as they have minimum bids which are not listed so one never knows where to start the bidding. Why is the minimum bid not listed as the starting point which would save a lot of time?

DYNASTY FINE ARTS (Miami), still haven't received info re: SHIPPER used and TRACKING #; auction took place 9/26.

They take bitcoin but not PayPal. Ridiculous!

I have always had good experiences but last auction won the shipping has been a slow progress. A week after winning I am still waiting for item to arrive.

Just a great company to work with.
