Great items and shipped well
Won several porcelain fragile items and they were all packed securely and arrived safely. Wonderful items for bidding as well! Auction house was also responsive with any questions.

Hello, I am sorry you felt the need to give us a 2 stars because you neglected to read the terms of the Auction. All of our sales are one day pick up only. It is stated in the Auction Terms, Auction Description, on your invoice, and two reminder emails are sent out.

Hello Bruce, For you to give us a 3 stars for the cost of packing items is ridiculous. If you did not like the shipping terms, you should not have bid. Everything we do takes time. The shipping terms are clearly stated in the Auction Terms, Shipping Terms, and Auction Description. Buyers are also welcome to have their own shipper pick up (as long as it is on the specified pick up day). As far as the % you mentioned, if you are talking about the buyers premium. That basically covers all of the credit card costs and what we pay for our bidding platform.
