Expensive shipping cost due to handling fee
The items were as described. It took quite a while to receive them. The shipping cost more than the items I bought due to a $25 handling fee which I was not aware of. I will probably not bid with them again. For online bidding and shipping, it is just too expensive.

Hello, The handling fees for shipping are clearly stated. We charge the handling fee, plus actual postage. There are zero hidden fees. I am sorry that you failed to read the shipping terms before bidding in the sale. As for you saying that "took quite a while", In our shipping terms, it also states that shipping invoices will be sent out 7 business days after the pick up day. That is also another thing you would have known, if you read the terms.

Good House
This is a good auction house that seems to focus on estate sales. Often the pickups are at the estate sale house. They often have unique items not seen elsewhere. They are responsive to question on upcoming bid items.

Mike was quick to answer my questions. His product descriptions were very accurate. The bidding process and buyers premium was fair and well advertised. High shipping costs
