Most reputable and knowledgeable auction house/auctioneer I've dealt with. Items are all always accurately represented. The entire Woody Auction crew is professional in conducting auctions and second to none in customer service before, during, and after each auction.

I have been in the antique business for almost fifty years and have both attended an auction at Woody's auction house in Kansas and done their online auction. They are without question the best auction company I have ever worked with. The quality of the items they handle is always excellent, their listings honest and accurate, and the service professional, helpful, and friendly. You leave their auction feeling that they have honestly done the best they can for both the lister and the bidders. My experiences have been of a quality that leads me to the decision that I will have them liquidate my collections rather than making my children figure how to best handle that project at some time in the future. I trust them that much.

As always when dealing with Woody Auctions they make the whole experience so easy. Packing is meticulous and everything arrived very fast.

I had a poor experience when two items were not properly packed and broke in transit. Although the auction house acknowledged fault, I was unhappy with how they resolved the issue and how they communicated with me.

Very professional auction house that knows very well how tot pack and ship delicate items. Live Auctioneers needs a faster server to keep up with bids-it's haphazard trying to bid live.

Woody Auction was a lucky choice for a first time buyer in this type of auction environment. I had lots of qiestions and the Staff was available and responsive via email AND telephone. They were amenable to offer me ballpark estimates on Shipping costs, and explain available discounts in order to keep my costs as low as possible. Photos and Info provided were sufficient, and I feel confident that if I had asked for more info or additional photos they would have made a timely effort to provide details. Multiple cut glass items arrived intact, well packed, into one large box. Discreet little dots were placed to enable me locate the signatures, on the items that were signed, which is very helpful.

As always, Woody's auctions came through! The items were as described. My only complaint this go around was I always have my items held at my local UPS customer service center for pick up. When I received the call telling me my items shipped, I asked if they were shipped held for pick up and was told yes. When I checked the tracking information, I noticed they were slated to be delivered to my house. Luckily, my wife was off work the day of delivery so she was able to meet the delivery at the door. Other than this, I was very satisfied, as always with my purchases. I will continue to participate in auctions held by Woody's. Larry

Loved the item I won. I hadn't seen another one like it and it was in great condition and described accurately. The Buyer's Premium is reasonable as is the shipping cost & not having to deal with a third party shipper was an added bonus.

Invoices for the item and shipping were promptly sent, and the shipping cost was very reasonable. I literally received my extremely well packed lamp within 2 days. The lamp itself is beautiful and just as represented. I will definitely purchase from them again!
