In house shipping
Great items well researched and presented with fair professional auction followed by wonderful in house shipping puts this auction house at the top of my buy from list. The in house shipping saves a fortune over 3rd party shippers and it is much faster.

Best in the business
I enjoy Live Auctioneers as a general rule. Most of the auction companies do a decent job but Woody Auctions goes above and beyond expectations. They should give a seminar on how to treat customers. Their shipping department is excellent.

Denise: Thank you for your four-star rating. We are often frustrated with the cost of shipping, too. Your address was quite a distance, which adds to the cost. We do pass our UPS discount on to the customer. It could have been about $10 higher if we kept that discount for ourselves. We also source shipping supplies for the least amount possible. I hope that information helps at least a little.

Disappointed with items
Normally I love the crystal I receive fro Woody Auctions, however, the two items I received did not look like the picture and the pitcher had a rather large nick in the handle. I overpaid and will be more careful in the future. I gave them to my niece as they were not something I wanted in my china cabinet.
