the pieces were way smaller than i pictured which is wonderful theyare the cutest art glass baskets they were in my living room and never new as i imagined a big heavy box so glad they are petite very happy ~

I’m an absentee bidder and rely an Woody’s accurate descriptions and knowledge of this product.
Both lots I won were in exceptional condition. Their pictures were clear and descriptions were accurate. You can be fooled when buying on-line and can’t see the item in person. I rely on Woody and have bought several times on their auctions. They have proven to be reliable and accurate for on-line buyers like me.

Woody Auctions knows what they're doing!
I can't say enough good things about Woody Auction House. Each time I've won items the transactions have been smooth and flawless. They pack and ship in-house at a very reasonable rate and you receive your items more quickly than with an outside shipping company.

Woody's is THE PLACE, when it comes to antique glass!
I have purchased several fine pieces of antique glass and porcelain. Woody's KNOWS what they are selling, and they're honest. Shipping, by Woody's, looks like a professional packed every piece. I have never received a broken item, and I have never been disappointed by a purchase I've made through their auctions.

overall experience good
There was significant damage on the holder of one of the open salts I bought. It was not really expressed in the auction. Otherwise all was good. I would use again but ask a question about the condition of the silver if I bought the same thing.

Dont waste your time they will send the item when they are ready to this on of the worst auction house I have had to deal with I will never come back and soon as I get my item I'm installing this place because they care as much as the auction house

Woody’s is a great organization to work with. They try to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Haiti’s pricey and needs to be considered when bidding, but I have never received a damaged item, and that is worth the shipping charges.

Sometimes bidders receive an excellent "deal" on prices in an auction, but shipping costs remain the same and may seem high compared to your winning bids. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible while wrapping everything securely to arrive at your home in excellent condition. Woody Auction has secured better prices with UPS, and as always, we will continue to pass those discounts on to you. Likewise, we have sourced less expensive packaging supplies. As a result, our prices have gone down significantly. We have been told our shipping prices are sometimes one-third the total that other auction houses charge-because we do our own packing and shipping. We strive to set the industry standard in our packing. We will continue fighting rising shipping costs and re-figure shipping costs each quarter to see if we can save bidders money!
