I didn't hear anything for several days from the shipping company so I asked about it and I received a response within 24 hours with a solution. Great customer service! Product as described.

I have purchased multiple items from multiple sales (all online) over the last 8 months. I have been thrilled with some of the items and well pleased with all of the items. Everything went smoothly

Every thing was smooth and easy

The antique clock I purchased was made up from parts that were not original, a marriage of various parts. It took 3 weeks to receive it. None of the defects were mentioned in the description and any clues to the problems were not pictured. Never again

We loved finding an auction house within driving distance. The employees and or owners were very nice.

Lots well described. However, delivery was terrible. Two lots damaged beyond repair. Consequently, an excercise not be followed again with this house.

I bid on a huge, heavy table. They worked with my shippers to get tut to Florida and texted me throughout the process of loading it and even helped load it safely onto the moving truck. Very grateful for their attention to my needs.
