My first experience with Broken Arch was a live auction. I was very satisfied with the items I purchased and prices. My second experience was the "On-Line" only auction. This was a very bad experience. The pictures were done in such a way that I could not see that the stain-glass piece was completed rusted at the bottom. I paid $50 plus the 20 % up charge and then another $35 to have it repaired. The framed French season was also photographed in a way that I could not see the broken glass and the edges damaged. The piece was a total loss $30 plus their up charge of 20 %. In the future I will not be participating on line because pricing and photography is not true to the actual item.

GOOD QUALITY ITEMS, NO BAD SURPRISES.

Piece had large broken stone not mention in description. Yellowing glue us dead give away. Not shown in photos. Their shipper left it in a baggie with other pieces. Tightly wrapped it with packing tape so tight it bent the cuff in half and needs repair beyond the broken stone. Very disappointed will not huy from again. Bbn i buy a good bit on various action sights. This transaction was more than disappointing. Beware. Who sent it...
