The basics: items are accurately described and pictured. They arrive when expected and well packed. But TT & OOS goes beyond that. Wylie is great in responding to questions and making special arrangements. I was out of town, and requested that the shipment be held until I got back. No problem for Wylie. Billing all done except that the Shipping Saint kept bugging me. Wylie got that taken care of, too. It's a pleasure doing business with TT & OOS and I am sure I'll be back bidding again and again.
