I've had fallouts with a couple other auctioneers due to them being rude and deceitful. When I had a question on payment and shipping, the company wrote back almost immediately each time. When I received my items not only was it packaged perfectly but the items were just as described. They have continuously been professional from start to end. I truly expect to do more business with them in the near future!

Invoicing online, shipping in-house and automated for invoicing and shipping. Very smooth process.

I was amazed at the quick shipping. The other auction places I have dealt with take almost a month. Everything was packed very well too. I would have actually liked the option for a little cheaper and not as good because my item didn't need to be individually wrapped since they had their own case to go in and that was also wrapped.

Quick to reply and makes every effort to be honest, transparent and please the customer. A terrific experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

I had some special requests for shipping my items to two different addresses. Some auctioneers would not entertain this request. No problem for them. They were agreeable to accept a personal check with not strings attached. They are pleasurable to speak with on the phone and are interested in my interests of what I am looking for.

Extremely satisfied with this auction house.

Very quick to respond to any questions I might have had.. Shipped in a timely manner... Professionally packaged... Almost perfect, the only small complaint would be that the descriptions are a bit vague... Please check the photos and don't be afraid to ask questions, some of the items had issues that could have been mentioned, like broken hood pins, cracked glass, or bad axles.. Got them for reasonable prices tho, so not very upset about say a half dozen or so cars where they could have given bidders a heads up... If they are not too familiar with these types of issues then they might not of known, so good reason to ask questions... Overall a 4.7 rating out of 5

Items packaged extremely well. The shipping invoice does not come in email under the name of the auction company so you really need to pay attention b4 deleting ur junk email. overall very happy with my purchase:)
