Great experiance, Easy to deal with
I purchase a lot of collectable firearms at online auction sites. The people at Toys, trains and other old stuff were very professional to deal with. There was no issue's even while dealing with an modern firearm that had to be shipped to an out of state F. F. L. jIM

Incapable of keeping track of auction items.
Item 0351 was won by myself and the auction company gave it to someone else. Their excuse was the fact that they were incapable of using the online auction service properly. There is no excuse for such things. Very poor customer service.

Not incapable of keeping track of items. The liveauctioneers console regularly locks up while in the midst of the auction which does not allow us to accept bids, send messages, end the lot or anything else. This lot received a bid from another bidding platform during one of these times. Once the console was closed down and rebooted, it automatically moved us to the next lot in order. At that point, there was nothing that we could do but to move on. This happened at least three times during this particular sale which lasted 11 1/2 hours. I'm hoping that they can get it fixed because the other two online platforms that we use do not have these issues.

Very responsive-great customer service
Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC immediately notified all winners of shipping status. In my case, since I was changing shipping address and date of arrival at the alternate address, I requested delay on shipping and then ship on notification. My call was answered immediately and Wylie was quick to make all the arrangements I needed. When I was ready for the shipment, it went out right away and arrived quickly. Made life very easy for me and I'd be more than happy to deal with this auction house again.

You do not always receive the items you supposedly were high bidder on.
I won two lots in this auction. when I received my package, one of the lots I was high bidder on was missing. When I contacted the auction house, they said there was a glitch in the online bidding on that lot, and item was sold to an in house bidder. Very disappointed!

I spoke with the gentleman on the phone about this and explained exactly what happened. It is never our desire for things like this to happen but to literally leave me a 1 star feedback due to an issue that was out of my control is just plain wrong. He has been a buyer 5 times in the past through another bidding platform with no other issues ever. there were several lots in this auction where Liveauctioneers locked up and would not accept further bids from their platform and the items sold on our floor or to another website and we were unable to contact tech support that day. Call them (LA) and ask for Philip Laboss and he will tell you that is a fact.
