Sorry it moved slow John. If we were selling your collection, would you want us to move through it with reckless abandon and miss hundreds of bids or make sure that we got all of the bids to ensure that you got the most for your collection. Trust me, a 9-10 hour auction day is tough on my feet and my back but I am working for our consignors who trust us to get the most for their collectibles. thanks for your business and have a fantastic evening.

Thanks so much for the feedback, we appreciate your business and hope to continue in our relationship for years to come. i will note that we do not keep cards on file nor have the ability to charge cards once an auction is completed. We send the invoices and our customers pay from their end, just as you have. I don't want that information on file as you never know when a hacker is going to attack and I don't want to be the reason for anyone's information being compromised. Fortunately, we had multiple of the same die cast car from a consignor that were factory sealed. I opened one of the ones that we still had in stock to find that it had no issues. It wasn't a problem to replace to corroded one that was still factory sealed when we mailed it. Had there not been another to replace the first, we would have refunded the full purchase price. Thanks for allowing us to make it right.
