I had a question regarding a particular train item and TTOOS immediately responded. This was well appreciated as it allowed me to go forth with my bidding minus any trepidation (I have made costly bidding choices in the past). Also, although the boxes took a tumble via UPS, my items (all fragile) arrived well insulated with plenty of styro noodles and wrapping paper. I got the first shipment and it was empty boxes. I thought I got ripped off, but then the second shipment arrived with the train set was all wrapped separately. I didn't remember reading that anywhere. All items were wrapped with care and I look forward to participating in future auctions.
