Shipping costs
I do understand that shipping and labor costs have skyrocketed but this was shipped in its original box, all they did was tape it back up. When I quote shipping using the same carrier, it was 64 % less than. What I was charged.

Hi Adam, Where did you get your quote from? USPS quote online is $133. UPS quote online is $86.06 via parcel monkey. UPS won't give me a quote without entering every last detail and I guarantee that it would be higher than the $86.06. Fed Excellent stopped doing business with Shipping Saint and I don't use them enough now to get a decent discount. We charged $1.86 for handling which I didn't even realize since I didn't do the invoicing that day. Screenshots will be emailed to you attached with all available quotes that I got plus the breakdown of your charges.

Hidden Gems
This is exactly the type of auction items I look for. Some for my collection, some to sell. This lot included items from the Spanish American War to Vietnam War, and some hidden gems. I prefer a light description when it comes to Military items. Either you know or don’t and research is half the fun. Shipping was relatively quick and packaging was great. Many thanks

Excellent Additions to My Personal Promo Collection
The promotional model cars that I won and received were of outstanding quality. The process was fairly seamless. However, it seemed a bit confusing to this old man at times. Of course, as most everyone else will attest: The buyer's fees and shipping costs are OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! My warning to any future bidders: BID AT LEAST 50 % LOWER THAN YOU WOULD OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE ITEM! Plan to pay an additional 25 to 30 % for shipping fees that will be at LEAST 200-300 % above the actual cost to ship them to you. Otherwise, based on the prices obtained for the items I purchased: I WILL CERTAINLY CONTACT THIS AUCTION COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TIME TO SELL MY PRIVATE, LIFETIME COLLECTION OF OVER 5000 PROMOTIONAL MODELS! They are absolutely getting the prices that a seller would want to get for their collection.

USPS quote for the exact package that was shipped is $84.70, actual charged rate was $46.20 and that included the packing materials and our labor. 18 x 14 x 14 package, 7 lbs, signature confirmation and insured for $700. So the shipping was actually about HALF of what it would cost anywhere else. The UPS rate for just the shipping was $53.69, again, not counting packing materials or labor. We do appreciate your business but I am also obligated to reply to something that is clearly not the reality. I agree that the 15 % buyers premium and 3.5 % convenience fee can be costly but the fees were never hidden and are always stated up front. Our packing crew has been deemed by numerous customers who buy from all over the world to be the absolute tip of the iceberg when it comes to quality packing job and among the lowest prices anywhere in the country. The places who don't pack and send it to a UPS store would likely give the majority of buyers a heart attack when they see the bill. Again, we thank you for your business and review and have a wonderful week!!

Great Assortment of Lots along with Great Pictures and Descriptions.
Well-run, well organized with auctioneer allowing bidder enough time to ponder a lot. It's obvious TTOOS is bidder-oriented and it shows from beginning of the auction process to item's arrival. Everything is smoothe and, if communication is needed, the house responds immediately. I appreciate their informing me of a particular item to better make my decision. Absolutely no concerns or issues related to this auction house. Also, their packing and shipping department deserves to be recognized. My items all arrived in perfect condition.
