Extremely courteous staff that offered to help me load my items. 5 Star auction house and highly recommend.

Victorian necklace was so short you couldn't pull it over your head and no clasp to open it to pull around your neck. This was not disclosed in the description. Contacted the auction house and they couldn't give my money back they had already paid the owner their money. Will not deal with them again.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the folks with this auction house. I won 8 dolls and they came perfectly packed with even their sleep eyes protected which I see very few auctioneers who know dolls like these folks do. I will never hesitate to bid in their auctions again.

Individually wrapped in miles of bubble wrap in a box within a box with tons of packing peanuts. My only issue was the shipping cost was more than I anticipated. They don't tell you the cost until after you pay for the item. I would have appreciated at least an estimated cost.

The doll arrived quickly and she had been packed beautifully. She was just as described, and I am thrilled with her.

Outstanding packing with the vase handled with care and professionally double boxed securely for safe delivery. In-house shipping cost was very fair. Certainly better than shopping shippers post auction or using the new Live Auctioneer shipping feature which is comparatively at the top of list for cost.
