Good Value and Customer Service
Overall good experience! My biggest concern with on-line auctions is the shipping costs, but with this auction I was provided an alternate reasonable cost to ship with response communication by Schultz!

Victorian necklace too short couldn't pull it over head no clasp to pull it around neck.
Victorian necklace was so short you couldn't pull it over your head and no clasp to open it to pull around your neck. This was not disclosed in the description. Contacted the auction house and they couldn't give my money back they had already paid the owner their money. Will not deal with them again.

Very friendly and professional.
I am very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the folks with this auction house. I won 8 dolls and they came perfectly packed with even their sleep eyes protected which I see very few auctioneers who know dolls like these folks do. I will never hesitate to bid in their auctions again.

Bowls arrived packed extremely well
Individually wrapped in miles of bubble wrap in a box within a box with tons of packing peanuts. My only issue was the shipping cost was more than I anticipated. They don't tell you the cost until after you pay for the item. I would have appreciated at least an estimated cost.

Fantastic purchase from Schultz Auctioneers
I recently purchased a very rare doll from Schultz Auctioneers. Because I had not done business with them before, I was hesitant to purchase such an expensive item, but I decided to go ahead and take the chance. My questions to the auction house were answered quickly and courteously. I was so excited when I won the lot, and the staff there steered me through the process of purchasing and shipping. The doll arrived quickly and she had been packed beautifully. She was just as described, and I am thrilled with her.

Very accurate description.
