I participated in previous auctions from Canuck Auctions and have yet to be disappointed. The item was just as described and authenticated. It shipped out within an acceptable timeframe and was packed very well. I will continue to watch for more great items to buy via Canuck Auctions.

Shipping was VERY SLOW on order. response communication took 3 days and more to hear from someone not the best service, needs to step up

I never received a link that would allow me to pay. I went to square and paid that way and it still isn't saying satisfied. Now I have a dispute. I've sent at least four messages.

No Response, I have returned all the cards won in the 3 auction lots at my expense, I do not need a reminderof this experience.

Love the fact that Canuck Auctions starts at a low beginning price. I feel it gives everyone a fair chance to bid on an item.

I normally don't do this but am hoping that when they see the review I will get a call or something. I paid through paypal per the incoice instructions. They have yet to claim it and now I am being disputed for payent. I will happily remove the 1 star review when I get contacted. Again, I just hope this gets their attention.

More than a year asking CANUCK to send this photo that I have never received. I have written to CANUCK i Liveauctioners repeatedly and have NEVER received a response from CANUCK, only good words from Liveauctioners saying that they are trying to fix the problem. More than a year later I have neither the photo nor the money. Terrible customer service. I'm still waiting for solutions.

If you change your name, and don't tell people, they aren't all mind readers. I wasted a lot of time and frustration on this.

This house is my favorite on LiveAuctioneers. They're always responsive to communications, they're always fast with the shipping, their shipments are always packed expertly and securely. I really appreciate these people immensely.

Shipping is very slow and fairly pricey. Extremely hard to figure out comic condition with only one out of focus picture to go by. Almost every older comic that I have received has been in worse condition than it appeared to be in from the photo.

Great communication

i have been a customer of Canucks for many years. every once in awhile they get something wrong in shipping but will try to make it right. i won items in 3 auctions in 3 weeks. every shipment had something wrong. i reached out to them so they could make it right and i received no response. I paid for 2 different halo figures in two different auctions and received 2 of the same kind. i paid for a transformer but received a different transformer from a completely different auction that someone else paid for. I paid for 2 sealed model F-1 kits and didnt receive either one. this is unacceptable practices and is basically stealing my money without giving me the products i paid for and then not answering emails or phone calls demanding answers or help. extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. i will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am fully satisfied with canuck Auctions. I was worried for a little bit as there was a slight delay on one shipment however a quick email to them rectified the situation.

Well-packed item!!

I do like dealing with this auction house, however I find their shipping costs out of line for the items/weight and very high. Other than that, their items are as promised.

The photos were accurate on all cards with exception of the Lundquist card. It WAS a Beckett 9.5 but the bottom 2 corners have extensive cracking that more than likely damaged the card. The pictures show what appears to be some lines (maybe hairs, exterior cracks/scratches), but the real card is fractured on the bottom corners inside the slab. It is so bad that it looks like tiny granules of glass on the corners of the card. I am very upset and this is becoming very common with the items I have purchased from Canuck Auctions.

Have contacted them by phone, voicemail full, by email, response was they are moving shops and would check that order was sent. No response after another week. They have my $366, i have nothing. No tracking information provided although it was promised
