These Terms and Conditions defined by Triple SSS Designs is an irrevocable contract between bidders, winning bidders and Triple SSS Designs. Bidders accept and hereby comply to be compelled by all TERMS AND CONDITIONS established by Triple SSS Designs upon participating our auctions. STRICTLY NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE AND NO CREDIT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE AND NO CREDIT. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IT IS. IT IS THE BIDDERS' SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK VERACITY OF ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING. IF IN SPECIAL CASES THAT WE WILL BE ACCEPTING RETURN, AUCTION HOUSE WILL BE DEDUCTING 40% RESTOCKING FEE. BOTH AUCTION PREMIUM AND SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. NO CANCELLATION POLICY By participating in our auction, all bidders expressly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including this No Cancellation Policy. 1. Binding Agreement: Once a bidder has won an item at auction, whether by live, online, telephone, or absentee bid, a binding and enforceable contract is immediately formed between the auction house and the winning bidder. No cancellations, retractions, or refusals to honor the bid will be permitted under any circumstances. 2. Agreement to Terms: By registering for and participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all auction terms and conditions, including this No Cancellation Policy. Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of all such terms in full. 3. No Exceptions: There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. All sales are final. Failure to complete payment in accordance with the auction terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to collection proceedings and the recovery of all associated costs, attorneys? fees, and any losses incurred by the auction house due to non-performance. 4. Legal Enforcement: The auction house reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law to enforce this agreement. This includes, without limitation, pursuing damages for breach of contract or specific performance of the sale. Information tendered in the listing is merely by the advantage of the buyer with best knowledge of the auction house. It is solely the bidders' responsibility to ascertain, check, inspect, and firmly decide prior to bidder all aspect of the item's conditions, state, realness, efficacy before bidding in an item. Triple SSS Designs does not give any guarantee as to salability and conditions of lot relating to the item's market value. Triple SSS Designs for any reasons whatsoever has the right to accept or reject bid. Prior to bidding bidder's can contact and coordinate with the auction house either by email: info@triplesssdesigns.com or through our customer service as all sales are final and bidders should have no objection after the sale closed. All lots are sold "AS IS" without any recourse. Pictures and descriptions are not warranty, not a guarantee and no assurance. BUYER'S PREMIUM = 20% of HAMMER PRICE (AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO EACH WINNING ITEM) CANCELLATION OF WINNING ITEM = 20% OF HAMMER PRICE STRICTLY NO TESTING OF BIDS. Auction house does not have the ability to remove bids. Triple SSS Designs will not be responsible for any bid testing, internet failure, power outage or any interruption or technical errors occurred before, during and after the sale closed. PAYMENT METHODS CHECK (CASHIER'S CHECK AND MONEY ORDER) WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT SHIPPING AND HANDLING Triple SSS Designs ships packages through USPS and FEDEX. Shipping fee depends on value of each package. All packages require signature. Shipping fee depends on the package value. Shipping fee is included in the invoice bidder's should be receiving after the auction. ALL INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES. Bidders are responsible in paying these taxes. FOR RETURNED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: FOR ANY RETURNED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, RESHIPPING FEE WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE BIDDER AND IT WILL BE DOUBLED SINCE THE COURIER CHARGED THE AUCTION HOUSE ACCOUNT ONCE THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO US PLUS RESHIPPING PACKAGE BACK TO THE BIDDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE EMAILED THE BIDDER TRACKING NUMBER OF THEIR PACKAGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED. WE MAKE SURE THAT WE KEEP THE BIDDER AWARE OF THEIR PACKAGE SO THEY CAN TRACK THEM SO ONCE THE PACKAGE COMES BACK TO US BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE IN PAYING THE RESHIPPING FEE TWICE. Please note that we emailed the bidder tracking number of their package once the package has been shipped. We make sure that we make the bidder aware of their package so once the package comes back to us bidder is responsible in paying the reshipping fee twice. TAXES All winning bidders from California, each winning item is subject to additional 9% CA TAX Jurisdiction, Fees & Dispute Resolution ? Governing Law & Venue: All terms and transactions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action initiated by the Auction House?including for non-payment, fraud, or breach?must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. The bidder consents to personal jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue. ? Costs, Damages & Attorney?s Fees: In any legal action initiated by the Auction House, the bidder shall be liable for all recovery costs, including but not limited to court fees, attorney?s fees, expert witness fees, storage, insurance, and any direct or consequential damages. ? Arbitration Requirement for Bidder-Initiated Claims: Any claim brought by the bidder against the Auction House (including its owners, officers, employees, or agents) must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. ? Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Action: The bidder waives the right to a jury trial and agrees not to initiate or join any class, collective, or representative action involving the Auction House. ? Survival: These legal obligations remain in full force and effect beyond the completion of any transaction and/or termination of relationship with the Auction House. Non-Payment Policy ? In the event of non-payment or default, the Auction House reserves the right to take immediate legal and financial action. ? This includes, but is not limited to: initiating litigation, referring the debt to a licensed collection agency, or retaining legal counsel for enforcement and recovery. ? The bidder shall be fully responsible for all related costs, including collection fees, attorney?s fees, court costs, interest, and any other losses or damages incurred. ? The Auction House may report the non-payment to relevant third parties, including auction databases, credit bureaus, or industry blacklists, at its sole discretion. Chargeback Policy ? Under no circumstance shall a chargeback be filed without first contacting the Auction House to resolve the matter directly. ? The bidder must attempt to arbitrate any dispute with the Auction House prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution or credit card provider. ? If a chargeback is filed?whether fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise?the Auction House reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including litigation, recovery of funds, and seeking damages. ? The bidder shall be held responsible for all costs associated with the chargeback process, including legal fees, administrative fees, and any resulting damages to the Auction House. Return & RMA Policy ? The Auction House does not accept returns under any circumstance unless a prior exception has been explicitly granted in writing. ? In the rare event a return is approved, the bidder must first obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the Auction House. ? Any packages sent without an RMA number will be automatically refused and returned to the sender at their own cost. ? Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee a refund or exchange; it is solely a condition for return consideration. ? All items must be returned in their original condition, fully insured, and within the timeline specified by the Auction House. The bidder assumes all risk during return transit unless a prepaid return label is provided by the Auction House, in which case full insurance will be included. Severability & Modification ? If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ? The Auction House reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice, and it is the bidder?s responsibility to review them prior to participation. Force Majeure ? The Auction House shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, pandemics, power outages, or any events beyond its reasonable control.

If you have not contacted Triple SSS Designs to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
