A good relationship began. I liked getting the mailer he provided. however, I kept waiting for the second bill as he requested but the billing never changed. He called me on my cell phone which I rarely (only when I am out of the house) and claims I didn't respond. When I finally sent him a credit card for payment he responded the items were no longer available. I would us Hatch again but he needs to be clearer with instructions.

Liveauctioneers went down several times during the auction and the sale went on without allowing internet bidders the chance to bid, which made me miss several lots I was interested in buying. Very disappointed with liveauctioneers.

Live auctioneers should upgrade their software. I submitted a bid of $60 on one item, but it posted at $160. I told Richard about the glitch, but we couldn't resolve the mismatch.
