They were great to deal with very prompt to get info out and most helpful with the payment/shipping process. It arrived as described. I would highly recommend them.

Title says it all. Item as described. Shipped hassle free. I also should note that I bid because his buyers premium was lower than most. Buyers premiums usually turn me off from bidding. But as I said, at least his are lower than the vast majority of sellers.

No problems. Reasonable shipping costs and satisfaction with received objects. What more should one ask for?

Richard Hatch and crew are the best you can ever hope to deal with. They go above and beyond to make any issue right. I received a beautiful Lladro figurine that had damage. He made it right and did so with correspondence while he was in the hospital. They are amazing and caring people.

Didn't send winning 14K chain, then when confronted eventually sent a CHEAP 10K chain, still waiting!!!!!

It's seems they carefully packed, and posted my lot before I paid... Not really, but it came awfully fast and was well packed...... will definitely a return client.

So easy to buy from them, all seamlessly done-paying and shipping.
