Hi Sir, Thank you for your purchases and participation in our auction. We are very appreciative. I am sorry that you are unhappy with Austin Auction Gallery's pickup/business hours. We actually had a three-day auction event going on the weekend your shippers wanted to collect your items. We would have loved to accommodate you if we could have, however, we simply do not have the staff to load out weekends, particularly during a live auction event. I do see that your movers came and collected your winnings the following Monday, during our regular posted business hours. Thank you.
