Quan Rong is very responsive, and the packing is good and professional. Kept me updated and used economic shipment. The only thing I am not satisfied is it takes too long to ship. I made payment on May 24 and received the items on June 23.

I bought thousands of dollars stuff from Quan Rong Gallery by photos, but most of the stuff I received are very far from the photos quality, most jades are fake Hetian jade, colors don’t match the photos, but their packing and logistics service are good

I bid on a few items prior to the auction. I accidentally won all of them due to lack of participants. The items that look like antiques are actually not-many are just an art item, and some are common antique replicas in the market. I would think the value of most items are much lower than the estimates. I would not bid again.

The Quan Rong Gallery has been consistently great to work with to the extent that I generally rely solely upon them when I am seeking a particular type of object for my collection. Their items are always well curated, and the information they provide is always accurate when the provenance or other details of a work are available.

item was described as "vintage chinese pure silver". to me, that means 99.9 % silver content. i receive the item, get it tested, and it only contains 4 % silver. that is not "pure silver". I paid over $100 for the item, only worth $25 in silver. do not use this auction house. UPDATE: Auction House contacted me after the post of my review. They worked out a solution for a partial refund that prices the item closer to the actual silver content of the item. Issue was resolved sufficiently and professionally. I appreciate their willingness to keep their customer happy. I would do business with this auction house again.

Very interesting items-not sure all is vintage or old. Would be nice to know age/provenance in item description.
