More communication with the customer and need quickly shipping the items out for the customer after the payment is due.

Their pre-max-bidding system looks like fraud!!

High quality goods at reasonably low prices. Good service. Shipping is a little expensive sometimes.

Still need to show the agate bangle to a gemologist. Although it came with a certificate not sure the bangle is really stone. It was cheap so no problem even if it's glass. Just having it checked because of certification.

I have collected for over 45 years and known some Chinese wholesalers and have a factory over there and I would still buy from them first. Great 2nd chance to buy and very good eye for quality. I cannot say enough about their great company. Glenn

It is impossible to communicate. Answers to questions are hidden inside the auctioneer but no warning is given to me that they have answered anything. Shipping charges are ridiculously high and not published beforehand and I cannot get answers before the bidding. Mrs. Chuang Rong Liu was very easy to deal with before associating with your organization. The merchandise is now very pricey and out of reach. It is unbalanced and hard to buy and consequently not selling a lot. I am ver sorry it has come to this

I have not received any items yet since I made payment. It is about 3 weeks. I do not know how long I will receive the items. It is very strange. Look like made order and they go make them. I already wrote email to them I will cancel the bids if they still not ship. Do you have any suggestion for me? I need help.

In house shipping doesn't appear to be very organized. We've received 2 out of 6 items purchased recently. With those two, we received timely updates with tracking information. Nothing received on others. Would like the same timely response if they wish to keep me as a returning customer.

This auction house has new catalogue each week with beautiful pictures and descriptions show to the public; Very often I call in to make a payment, the lady answered the phone was kind, patient, and very helpful; If I have to say something which needs to be improved that will be the shipping, it takes weeks to get the winning lots, (it is acceptable since this was mentioned in their store policy) sometimes the lots were missing; otherwise I 'm very satisfied for their service! Also I have to mention-their packing is extraordinary, better than lots of so called "professionally packing" stores. Thank you!

Not only did they do a very good job of packing my item, but they shipped it very promptly and it arrived in considerably less time than they had advertised. And the shipping cost was very reasonable. They did a fine job and were prompt with invoicing and facilitating the payment process.
