Fantastic art. In hard to find Asian areas. More than fair prices. Delivery has been taken to an art form. While it may mean waiting an extra week you know your purchase has been packed in a way that is beyond belief.

all fake! boxwood or bamboo items are all plastic. jade or agate items are all glass. never do business with them!

Ones biggest concern buying at auction is not being able to physically see the item. This is where transparency on the part of the auctioneer comes in. The auctioneer was not transparent portraying the item I bought which had very noticeable damage on one side (slice in the wood)

I got three things from them from the auction, May 10th and 15th. I have paid the full amount, but until today there has been no information or received anything. It's really strange, is it deception?

i did bid on an item that says Vintage Tibetan Buddhism DZI Agate Sky Eye Pendant, when i received it its a glass fake dzi i know the difference between agate and glass, i do not mind a vintage or even new agate bead but not glass, i feel cheated, believe me Karma is always around the corner thats not the way to do business

I want to return it because every bead is broken and cracked!!!

They were very helpful and responsive to answering questions before the auction. From the first auction experience, the item won was as described, was packaged well, and arrived safely. The first experience was seamless. Completed second auction today with successful bid.

Thus far I have purchased four lots in three of their auctions. On one occasion there was an error in the description given and on being informed of that error, after I had received the item, Quan Rong Gallery quickly and graciously refunded my payment as soon as they received the returned item. I could not be more happy with their attitude and look forward to participating in more of their auctions.
