packaging is super, lots are very well protected

the agate stone I have purchased is described as an all natural stone, but after I received it, under microscope it is an agate treated by heat, uniform and overall spread subsurface crack is very clear. hope they can provide more enlarged picture in future and described more clear.

To say am dissatisfied with my experience with Quan Rong Gallery is an understatement. After winning an item at their November 15th auction (lot 166: Chinese Bronze 3 Leg Incense burner), and paying promptly, have still not received my item, nor do have a clear idea of when it will come. They are difficult to reach, and when do speak with someone there, they are very evasive about when this will ship. also did not receive a receipt for payment until demanded one. frankly suspect they are not a real auction house, and should not be represented through Liveauctioneers. There is no one available to answer the phone-It takes days to connect with them and they also charge a fee to use a credit card which is more than what the credit card company charges-I will no longer purchase from them.

up till now after 16 days (I paid Quan Rong with confirmed mail on the 14th of Nov) I haven't received my package and I tried to call them with answering machine on duty I think I should contact paypal to cancel my payment

I would like to buy more items from this seller, but they have only offered me RETAIL pricing. I have purchased at least four separate items from seller and would buy many more, if they would offer discounts to repeat buyers.

Quan Rong offers great items, and I check their auctions each week. I have won over 15 lots this year and have bid on many more.
