He guided me to the end even though I was not used to it. ​

found the descriptions were not 100 % accurate and did not get what was expecting on several items. For example, the description was for two complete train sets but only one set had a powered locomotive. Also another set had only ********** locomotives. So not good value in the end. It may not have been intentional but very disappointing. will most likely just buy on Ebay in the future.

The revolver doesn't lock up tight. Wasn't mentioned in the description. I guess you should ask before you bid.

We had a, what I thought was a major glitch, in shipping all items in the lot. I received only partial of what the picture showed even after I had inquired if ALL in the picture were included in the auction and was assured that they were all included. I contacted Milestone and, after a couple emails and some research on their part the rest of the items were shipped out and received. I will be purchasing from this auction house again. Thanks for your diligence!

Very easy to deal with. I opted to pick up, so no idea about shipping, but very helpful loading and easy to pay online.

Shipping to Alaska is frequently a problem for me. They were very helpfull with this and even checked back to be sure the items arrived safely. They are on my short list of favorite auctioneers.

Good auction company. Getting items shipped can take a while. Once shipped, fast delivery.

Sellers premium was high in my opinion.

Item damage was not disclosed. Auction house called lot “MIB” mint in box but one of the 8 I purchased was cracked. I requested a refund that was less than what I paid for the damaged item, and they didnt respond/reply to my email. Unprofessional to not stand behind their auction items. Very dissatisfied. Would not do business again.
