I'm sorry you had a problem Cindy. You purchased the scarf 9 months ago and I wish you had contacted us earlier so we could have refunded your money if you were unhappy with the item! That scarf was a special edition Chanel scarf that was consigned by a former Chanel manager at the Worth Avenue location in Palm Beach. We could have easily sold it to someone else.

I was the Primary High Bidder on an Item that they “gave to an UNDERBIDDER regular customer”.
As a first time Bidder at DejaVu my experience is they are NOT an ethical or honest business to deal with. I was the Primary High Bidder on an item and they gave it to a “regular customer” not honoring my bid. Will never do business with them again.

I'm very sorry you feel that way. It was a clerking error. We had a phone bid that was placed prior to your bid that actually won the item. While we appreciate our regular customers-winning bids are always given to the highest bidder who bids on an item first. I understand it can sometimes be confusing when you think you are the highest bidder-but someone else bids on another platform or by phone and they win the item.

Online bidding is an easy and fun process.
My only other online bidding was with the European auction house, The Dorotheum. Because that experience was dismal and convoluted, I was hesitant to get involved with another auction house. But, lo and behold, everything ran perfectly. And, since I have lived in Florida for 50 years, I love doing business with Florida folks.

Exceptional, High Quality Items, This Place Is Incredible!
Wonderful all-around experience. I've acquired exceptional, hard-to-find pieces here. The staff is terrific and very knowledgeable. The owner, Susan, is a delight and a woman of her word. There is an wide array of items from kitchy vintage things to rare fine art. I've bought designer clothing, jewelry and mid-mod decor and have been thrilled with everything. I love this place!
